I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and super clean, plus I enjoyed a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was perfect, right in the city center, although the noise from the busy street and church bells was a bit much at times. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its beautiful decorations and ample room for two. While the service was attentive in many ways, I did feel a bit uncomfortable asking for certain items. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the central plaza and historic district, making it super convenient for exploring. However, there were some issues with water leaks in our room that unfortunately put a damper on the experience.
